Our staff is keen to get personally involved via the Commerzbank education mentor programme or one of our other social initiatives. Many devote their free time to good causes whereby they donate their free time, expertise and special skills they have developed through their work at the bank. We support corporate volunteering by setting up our own projects, giving staff time off work and providing facilities. In addition, we encourage our employees to share their experience with one another. We regularly feature the best examples of volunteering in our staff magazine and encourage others to follow suit. 

Our employees' personal involvement drives social development and improves the quality of life for disadvantaged people. At the same time, it motivates employees and fosters a culture of understanding in the workplace. We are only too happy to encourage this!
