At the same time, we welcome the further development of standards in line with scientific findings and regulatory requirements. We pursue the goal of constantly improving our results.

Corporate Knights Global 100

In 2024, for the sixth time in a row, Commerzbank is the only German bank to be included in Corporate Knights' "Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World Index" (G100). Overall, Commerzbank is ranked 89th. In a sector comparison, the bank is in 8th place.

The index series, offered globally by FTSE Russell since 2001, regularly measures the performance of 2,000 companies from various sectors in 23 markets. This is done within a rigorous review process and takes so-called ESG criteria into account. Inclusion in the index is based on the best-in-class principle.
