Dr Nikolaus von Bomhard, Dr Edgar Meister and Dr Helmut Perlet to be proposed to the AGM for nomination to the Supervisory Board
Dr Nikolaus von Bomhard, Dr Edgar Meister and Dr Helmut Perlet are to be proposed to the Commerzbank AGM held on May 15, 2009, for nomination to the Supervisory Board. The respective decisions have been taken today. Klaus Müller-Gebel, Friedrich Lürßen and Dr Heinrich Weiss will leave the Supervisory Board with immediate effect following the AGM.
“The Supervisory Board will benefit greatly from the expert knowledge to be contributed by Dr von Bomhard, Dr Meister and Dr Perlet,” commented Klaus-Peter Müller, Chairman of the Commerzbank Supervisory Board. “I am very much looking forward to working with them.
