Commerzbank sells the central collection agency of the former Dresdner Bank

Commerzbank is selling the central collection agency (Zentrales Inkassobüro) of the former Dresdner Bank to the Swedish financial service provider Intrum Justitia. All relevant contracts were signed. It was agreed to maintain confidentiality on the details. The background to this move is the integration of the former Dresdner Bank into Commerzbank.

Headquartered in Hannover, the unit focuses on the collection of receivables in the Private Customer business and has roughly 40 employees.
