Commerzbank closes sale of Dresdner Bank Monaco
Commerzbank has completed the sale of Dresdner Bank Monaco S.A.M. to the Lebanese Bank Audi sal-Audi Saradar Group, as announced. The regulatory authorities have approved the transaction. Dresdner Bank Monaco S.A.M focuses on private wealth management in Monaco, the South of France and Northern Italy. At end-2009, its assets under control reached EUR 251 million and its staff included 19 employees.
