What awaits you at Commerzbank?
Are you ready for practical training in office management? You can get started throughout Germany with us. This programme will last two to three years depending on your school leaving certificate. Right from the start, you’ll be responsible for various administrative tasks, be it scheduling meetings or creating presentations. You’ll also expand your theoretical knowledge at a vocational school – either in blocks of several weeks or part-time. In addition, you’ll take part in our in-house training programme, which is run in cooperation with the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. This will stand you in good stead for your final examination before the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK). You’ll also obtain the Cambridge English Language Certificate. The aim of our apprenticeship programme is to give you all the tools you need for your professional future and to promote your personal and professional development.

What qualifications and skills are we looking for?
- (lower) Secondary school leaving certificate, a higher education entrance qualification (A levels) or a vocational technical diploma
- Open-minded, communicative and eager to learn
- Good organisational skills.
What about your future prospects?
If you perform well during your apprenticeship, you’ll be guaranteed regular employment with us after you finish. You’ll then be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, preparing important information and forwarding it to the right place at the right time. Depending on your area of responsibility, you’ll prepare reports, presentations and statistics, monitor scheduling, arrange meetings or work in technical administration.
