The ranking at a glance
Every year, Potentialpark analyzes almost 1000 companies in Germany, with only about 140 making the final ranking. Based on candidate surveys, the most important aspects for the selection of employers are compiled in four categories with over 260 criteria. Categories include Career Page, Social Media, Professional Platforms, and Applying Online.
In the "Career Page" category, candidates are to be effectively addressed and convinced through strategic content. Therefore, the relaunch of our career page was the centerpiece of our employer branding and communication efforts, allowing us to jump 65 places in the ranking.

With our cross-channel content mix, we were able to score points in the most important social and professional networks such as Instagram, Youtube and Facebook, especially in the case of the "Social Media" category.
The biggest highlight was our improvement in the category "Professional Platforms" by around 100 places. It highlights our efforts on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
Furthermore, we have consistently improved in the "Applying Online" category over the past few years. This category focuses on transparent application processes and outstanding job search functionalities.

Improved by more than 200 places: We are and will remain an attractive employer
