Secure file exchange with Commerzbank
Commerzbank provides you with a protected environment to securely exchange documents with your known Commerzbank contact person.
How it works:
- You will receive an email to your Commerzbank known email address with an invitation to secure data exchange.
- The one-time setup usually takes 5-10 minutes.

You will need:
- A smartphone
- An authenticator app of your choice, such as Microsoft or Google Authenticator App (free from the App Store on your smartphone)
- Click on "Accept invitation" in the email and follow the steps described there.
After completion, your Commerzbank contact can securely share files with you. You will then receive a separate email with a link to the shared documents.
Safety instructions
- Check carefully whether the invitation was really sent from the Commerzbank environment.
- In this process, you will never be asked for your PIN, your complete online banking access data or TANs.
- If something seems unusual to you, break off the process and contact your known Commerzbank contact person.
