Recruitment of young talents focuses on future-oriented and growth areas

Training employees and retaining them within the Bank is a key element of Commerzbank’s strategy to secure skilled professionals. This is equally the case with regard to the skills required in connection with artificial intelligence. In addition, young talents contribute to maintaining a balanced age structure across the workforce.

The Bank offers young talents and professionals an overall package, including exciting projects and development opportunities, competitive compensation, flexibility, and a diverse, team-oriented corporate culture. Apprentices and dual students who perform well are offered the prospect of a permanent employment upon successful completion of their programmes.
