Are you looking to gain valuable insights into the structures and working methods of the legal department of an internationally operating major bank? Then a placement with us during your legal clerkship is the perfect step for you! We offer you a wide range of exciting fields of work, including corporate law, capital market law, labor law, credit law (including international syndicated lending and consumer credit law), payment systems law, structured financing, investment advisory, IT law, competition law, and banking regulatory law.
This means: You will work on challenging legal issues that bridge practice and theory, developing practical solutions together with our highly qualified and experienced lawyers.

- Fluent German and English skills
Your career perspective with us after your legal clerkship:
You can start directly as an in-house attorney (Syndikusrechtsanwält*in) within our talent program, without having to commit to a specific field at the outset. Our talent program offers orientation and maximum flexibility:
- Permanent employment from day one
- Rotations over 12 months in three different teams within our legal department
- Insights into diverse banking products and related legal topics
From the start, you will work on level ground with interdisciplinary teams, actively shaping exciting projects, transactions, and cases. You will be supported by our expert team, from whom you can learn and grow.
After the talent program, numerous specialization options are available to you, ranging from payment systems and credit law to capital market law and infrastructure management. In addition to the talent program, we also offer direct entry as an in-house attorney in individual departments, should you already have a specific area of focus. Furthermore, you will have opportunities to explore the legal departments of our offices worldwide – for example, in New York, London, or Singapore.
