As part of this programme, we give you the opportunity to gain experience in a temporary role as a manager or technical manager for 3 to 12 months. Your development is our main concern – be it personal or professional. You can take part in various qualification programmes, including a range of training courses and online courses on a variety of topics. We have our own learning platform, “cliX”, with over 450,000 videos, divided into more than 20,000 online courses on topics such as business, technology and creativity. You can use up to eight working hours per quarter for learning (in addition to your standard qualification). We also organise various reskilling and upskilling programmes that are even certified by TÜV. In addition, you’ll have an annual staff appraisal where you can discuss your next steps with your manager. We’ll help you achieve your goals!
