We embrace diversity
For a number of years now, we’ve been actively committed to cultivating an open, diverse and tolerant culture, including various networks and our own Diversity Charter – and we’re the only bank with its own car at Christopher Street Day (CSD) in Berlin. Supporting our employees in all life situations is ingrained in our company’s DNA. That’s why we’re involved in various networks that deal with a range of issues such as working fathers, women in leadership, coming out in the workplace, living with disabilities and lots more – we value, protect and promote our diversity. We also organise regular workshops, talks and events. We see inclusion as a corporate culture where everyone feels right at home, regardless of their age, origin, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity!
