At Commerzbank, DIVERSITY is more than just a word, it is a core part of who we are!

For many years, we have been actively committed to fostering an open, diverse, and appreciative working environment. As a long-standing member of the Charta der Vielfalt (German Diversity Charter), a co-founder of the PROUT AT WORK Foundation, and a member of UnternehmensForum e.V., diversity is deeply embedded in our corporate DNA.

Around 1,500 employees are actively involved in our internal networks, championing topics such as work-life integration, women in leadership, coming out in the workplace, and living with disabilities. These networks provide space for exchanging perspectives, collaborating across business areas, and helping shape bank processes. Through regular workshops, talks, and events, we strengthen awareness of modern leadership, integrity, and a culture of mutual respect. We address a wide range of topics, including unconscious bias, neurodiversity, intercultural collaboration, and the promotion of democratic values.

For us, Diversity & Inclusion means creating a workplace culture where everyone feels valued and included, regardless of age, background, gender, nationality, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
