We embrace diversity

We have been actively committed to an open, diverse, and appreciative cooperation for years. As a long-term member of Charta der Vielfalt e.V. and co-founder of the PROUT AT WORK Foundation, as well as a member of UnternehmensForum e.V., it is part of our corporate DNA. Around 1,500 members engage in our internal employee networks, focusing on topics such as fathers and family, women in management positions, coming out in the workplace, and life with disabilities. We value, protect, and promote our diversity through versatile commitments, for example, in regular workshops, lectures, and events. We consider Diversity and Inclusion as a corporate culture that involves everyone, regardless of age, origin, gender, nationality, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity!
