Even before the start, Team Yellow gathered traditionally on the grand staircase of the Commerzbank Tower for a group photo. Together, the runners and fans formed a large heart before making their way to the starting line.
Along the route, around 100 colleagues created goosebump moments. At kilometre 2 and kilometre 4, they cheered on the running team with whistles, cowbells, megaphones, yellow pompoms and eye-catching duck costumes. The support was impossible to miss or ignore. The atmosphere practically carried many runners over the finish line.
The run reflects what collaboration at Commerzbank is all about: stamina, mutual support, finding the right pace and achieving shared goals. At the finish, the familiar sight awaited of exhausted but happy faces, marked by pride, team spirit and a powerful sense of togetherness.
After the run: celebrating together and sharing success stories
After the run, the participants returned to the Commerzbank Tower and received their finisher shirts in the lobby. The joint wrap-up then took place at the Plaza. There was music, people celebrated and raised a glass to the successful run. In a relaxed atmosphere, seasoned participants and new faces got talking about personal bests and special moments along the course.
The conclusion: For Commerzbank, the 2026 J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge was once again a successful event and a vivid example of the strong team spirit of runners and fans in yellow.
