The AI Academy is the central place where employees learn how to harness the potential of artificial intelligence in their day-to-day work. The learning opportunities are designed around different roles and levels of experience, ranging from an introduction to AI through to advanced applications.

The User Basic Track focuses on the fundamentals: What can AI do? How does generative AI work? How do I write prompts to achieve the best results? The content is practical, easy to access and directly applicable to day-to-day work.

The Advanced User Track takes things a step further. Participants learn how to use AI assistants strategically, develop their own agents and consistently integrate AI into processes and workflows. The aim is not simply to use AI, but to make it a natural part of the way we work.

The training is complemented by inspiring short formats such as the "AI Espresso". In just 15 minutes, employees gain fresh insights into current trends, best practices and innovative tools. Short, concise and directly applicable. “With the AI Academy, we are turning AI from a buzzword into a practical tool that employees can experience first-hand in their day-to-day work. Our goal is for our colleagues not only to understand AI, but to use it with confidence, responsibility and enthusiasm to make banking a little better every day,” says Yasmin.
