In the dynamic market environment of the financial world, innovative products are the A and O. The products range from guarantees, asset advice, payment transactions to securities to cards.

Our departments

: CIO Corporate Clients is responsible for the development and operation of IT products and processes for our corporate clients and Treasury, with a focus on payment transactions, trade financing, Treasury and the capital market business in order to constantly improve and digitise the client’s experience, as well as to bundle frontend applications and digital channels and support cash and Treasury management products..
Algorithmic Trading Systems provide stable and modern IT systems as well as interfaces for the electronic trade in foreign currencies, interest derivatives and raw materials and support sales and trade.
Corporate Clients Digital Channels is responsible for the strategic digital channels for corporate clients, bundle important front-end applications, manages cash and Treasury management products, offers modern solutions such as the corporate banking app and the external developer portal.
International Business Solutions develops international core banking systems, offers stable user experience and supports the relationship manager in marketing with data analysis tools.
Payment Transactions is responsible for national and international payment transactions as well as network management, market and competition observation, SWIFT infrastructure, payment fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
Post Trading optimises confirmations, processing, payment and reconciliation processes for trading products, generates nostro / cash postings and ensures regulatory transaction reporting.
Securities and Derivatives Trading Platforms is responsible for the design, provision and maintenance of trading products and supports trade, distribution, risk management, pricing, order execution and market data processing.
Trade Finance digitises traditional trade financing and develops the trade financing ecosystem in order to bridge the gap between exporter and buyer.
Treasury Platforms supports by means of the management of software updates, the integration of rules and regulations, digitising of processes, implementing of modern technologies and maintenance of vendor relationships in order to ensure effective interest, liquidity and risk management as well as the fulfilment of regulatory requirements.
CIO Office Corporate Clients takes on strategic and regulatory tasks for the CIO Corporate Clients key area.
: The CIO Private and Business Clients key area enables a client-oriented offer strategy and is responsible for operative product management - in close cooperation with distribution and operations. Here, products and processes for accounts, cards, loans, digital and mobile banking solutions as well as securities services are developed and managed.
Digital Banking Solutions develops, among other things, our banking avatar and is responsible for mobile banking including test and release management with the associated mobile security.
Daily Banking includes the financial services and products which allow our clients to do the processing of all of their daily Bank business such as payments, transfers and account management.
Accounts and Deposits delivers both standardised and complex account and deposit products, manages disposals, and provides the account closure process as well as estate administration.
Cards, New Payments and Transactions is responsible for different offers concerning cards – such as the further development of payment solutions, mobile payment and digital self-services for card processes.
Securities Products develops client, product and advice processes for securities and wealth management services.
Securities Processes operates and optimises order management including the technical control and processing. This also includes order executions, security transaction statements and capital measures.
Credit Products delivers essentially the digital credit route for our clients as well as the products and processes for various types of loans.
Risk Solutions provides functionalities in the credit process for various frontends, including basic and risk services, standard rates, documentation and data warehouse.
Loan and Restructuring Solutions is responsible for the processing platforms for credit products, among other things, the presentation of the credit risks and the process monitoring for credit monitoring.
Key Area Office takes on the strategic, architectural, control and cross-disciplinary tasks for the entire delivery organisation.
: Product and distribution management includes the areas of distribution management, deposit management and the value streams for the topics of investments and pensions, accounts and payment funds, and credit. There, they are responsible for the products and processes within the private and business client segments with the goal of creating offers of value. Enhancing earnings, using synergy effects, lowering costs and increasing the implementation speed by means of clear contact and coordinated communication.
Deposit management assumes the segment level responsibility for all deposit products as well as the portfolio management for the private and business client segment.
The specialists within Value Streams "Investment & Pensions", "Accounts & Payment Means" and "Credit" develop and prioritise in its value stream the market, distribution, and client requirements.
Distribution Management is responsible for client-oriented growth, compliance with statutory and internal requirements, works closely with the central and delivery organisation, distribution development of strategic objective models, information preparation, target-group communication and further development of communication concepts.
