Our clients rightly expect first-class service and reliable processing of their orders at all times. Regardless of whether they do their banking business with the Bank via our app, our avatar, online or in the branch. We take the helm for the order handling in Group Operations and keep the Bank running. All products and processes, domestic and foreign, for our clients are handled there. Service is a top priority. This ensures, among other things, that the payments arrive at the accounts, tradeable financial products are handled or loans paid on time. Our hotlines in direct client contact provide assistance quickly and competently. Furthermore, we continue to develop together with the client segments and our IT the processes & products and systems of the Bank.
