Our clients rightly expect first-class service and reliable processing of their orders at all times. Regardless of whether they do their banking business with the Bank via our app, our avatar, online or in the branch. We take the helm for the order handling in Group Operations and keep the Bank running. All products and processes, domestic and foreign, for our clients are handled there. Service is a top priority. This ensures, among other things, that the payments arrive at the accounts, tradeable financial products are handled or loans paid on time. Our hotlines in direct client contact provide assistance quickly and competently. Furthermore, we continue to develop together with the client segments and our IT the processes & products and systems of the Bank.

Operations Development and Steering designs the strategic further development of Group Operations (OPS) with a view to digitising, sourcing and process efficiency.
Business and Risk Management is responsible for the further development and implementation control of the OPS strategy, ensures the implementation of predefined measures with regard to digitising, sourcing and process efficiency and is responsible for the communication and risk management within Operations.
Process and Production Management controls and develops operative processes as well as sourcing/outsourcing and serves as the central contact for the delivery organisation. Together with partners in the Group, it optimises, standardises and digitises the Business Processes - End to End - division and thus sustainably reduces the complexity in the processes or the Bank.
Projects and Change Management is the supporting force for the strategic objectives of Group Operations. The division conducts competent, expert linear and cross-disciplinary projects as well as initiates change measures in Group Operations and further develops internal processes and tools for project and project portfolio management in Operations.

Operations Corporate Clients ensures an efficient, operatively stable and reliable processing of the Corporate Clients (CC) business.
Banking Service CC processes orders concerning Client & Account, Domestic and Foreign Payment Transaction, Electronic Banking as well as Card Products.
International Operations is the representative of Group Operations in and for the foreign locations. It involves the protection of operative stability and regulatory security for the transaction processing in the branches. The Corporate Client Service Europe is the first contact for our international corporate clients in Austria, Benelux, France, Italy, Spain as well as Switzerland in part.
Credit Center Corporate Clients is responsible for the pre- and post-processing of loan decisions as well as the processing of loans in the daily business for the domestic and corporate clients in European locations and the Nordic Center. Furthermore, special financings are processed.
KYC-KYT Competence Center Domestic ensures with cross-segment specialists for the Know-Your-Customer process as well as the transaction review concerning the topics of money-laundering, sanctions and terrorism financing.
Trade and Payments Customer Center supports clients in the trade business as well as during the processing of its documentary foreign trade and guarantee businesses. Additionally, the processing of the individual payment transactions takes place here.

Operations Private and Business Clients is responsible for the efficient, operatively stable and reliable processing of the business of the private and business clients.
Banking Service includes services concerning Client & Account as well as Electronic Banking for Business Clients and processes, among other things, orders concerning account products, credit and debit cards, securities and deposit products as well as asset management for private clients. The Center of Competence Estate concerns itself with the professional processing of all estate cases.
Credit Center Private and Business clients is responsible for the processing and handling of credit for new & existing business of private and business clients. Furthermore, the appraisals for real estate take place here.
Service Center Intensive & Seizures assumes the nationwide intensive and workout support of high risk, failed and terminated commitments. Additionally, it supports the protection of the Bank from potential damage claims.
Traded Products Services acts as the central processing unit for all tradable financial market instruments. Client orders as well as domestic and foreign capital measures, among other things, are processed, and operative earnings and taxes concerning the securities business are handled. Clearing, custody and collateral services are made available.
