In the business client business, we support businesses from German medium-sized businesses to major international groups. As a market leader in the German business client business, we create common perspectives and shape the financial world of tomorrow. With around 30 percent of the German exports in our hands and presence in more than 40 countries, we are represented globally. We offer our clients a comprehensive product portfolio and individual solutions - from transaction banking to capital market expertise.
As part of our Customer Advisory and Sales team in the Private and Business Clients division, you play a key role in the support of our clients. Here you combine digital innovation with personal advice and create custom solutions. We are digital, personally present in our approx. 400 branches and with our Advisory Center. Our own locations supplement the advisory services for the support of business clients and affluent clients in wealth management. Additionally, with comdirect we are the leading direct bank for clients who make their own financial decisions and want to implement them digitally there. As a service broker, furthermore, comdirect offers beginners, experienced investors, and professional traders suitable solutions for saving, investing and trading with securities.
We are not only concerned with account balances and savings plans but also with life goals, entrepreneurship, dreams and individual financial solutions.

The support of the private and business clients varies between the advisory center and the branch for our private clients and our business clients . Additionally, we also support affluent private clients in wealth management and private banking. Our corporate clients include small and medium-sized companies, the self-employed and freelancers. These clients typically have fewer complex financial requirements. The services are aimed at providing direct support to the everyday business activities, such as account management, credit lines, and advisory services for smaller investments.
Clients receive telephone advice in the advisory center for a variety of concerns. This includes support for online banking as well as advice on financial investment options and deposit management. Furthermore, the service concerns of our wealth management and private banking clients are processed in the payment transaction, credit, securities and pension plan areas.
In the advisory service branch, advice on standardised products for private clients as well as basic services for all clients is given and distributed. Personal advisors provide support during various services and explain the digital offers of the Commerzbank.
In the Premium branch, business clients receive personal advice. A custom product and service offering is provided, which is tailored precisely to their needs. In addition, support is offered in each phase of their business, be it during the establishment, the growth or the succession
In the Wealth Management and Private Banking division there is comprehensive support of affluent private clients. Specialised advice is offered in order to address the individual needs of this client group. The services include securities management, real estate management, credit management, asset management as well as estate and foundation management.

The Corporate Clients segment includes major companies and groups as well as internationally active companies. These clients often have more extensive and complex financial needs. The services include integrated financing solutions, comprehensive advice for international businesses, risk and Treasury management, custom financial products and complex structures such as syndicated loans and capital- market-based financing.
The Commerzbank offers custom services which are tailored to the specific needs of the respective client group. Companies profit from a two-track support model which includes the Commerzbank advisory bank and the direct bank for medium-sized enterprises. As a result, the support is always tailored to the respective client’s needs. At the direct bank for medium-sized enterprises, the company’s personal contact is available for advice via telephone and video. If the client’s need for advice goes beyond the direct bank for medium-sized enterprises, he can be transferred with ease to the advisory bank.
The bank for medium-sized enterprises offers comprehensive services in securities management, real estate management, classic loan products as well as individually adapted financing solutions. Furthermore, cash management and trade financing products are provided. Additionally, clients profit from investment and hedging products as well as custom capital market solutions. The bank for medium-sized enterprises bundles its business both with German medium-sized companies and major German multinational companies.
Our international corporates are an important part of our USP. The global network is divided into three important sectors: In addition to the "Chief Operating Officer" department, this also includes the "Global Sectors and German MNC" (Multinationals Company) department, which offers tailored advisory and sustainable financing products to support national and international corporate clients in their sector-specific transformation. The departments "Central and Northern Europe, Western Europe, United Kingdom, North America, Asia" cover expert knowledge in six categories: Automotive & Transport, Consumer & Retail, Healthcare & Chemicals, Industrials, Infrastructure & Energy, Technology, Media & Telecommunications.

comdirect is a brand of the Commerzbank. Within the division the focus is on the further development of the products and on client management in order to offer its clients first-class support.
Brokerage supervises the development and support of products, prioritises requirements and coordinates product teams, provides support when there is an increase in comdirect revenues and competitiveness due to improvement and care of service offers and during the development and implementation of distribution measures to achieve the new client, terminator and product sales goals in the brokerage environment of digital banking.
Business Management coordinates and supports during compliance and tax risk management, guarantees compliance with Group specifications in the risk controlling, IKS management and information security, is responsible for the conceptual improvement and maintenance of product-related service offers and ensures audit-compliant processing, operative activities, controls and analyses.
Business Partners supports comprehensive asset managers and financial service providers, supports during the opening or takeover of accounts for financial service providers, processes all business transactions conclusively and is responsible for the product and service offering of the B2B business.
comdirect Client Management is responsible for target-oriented processing of client concerns and operative service provider control, supports digital offers, target-oriented processing of client enquiries and compliance with regulatory requirements.
UX/UI includes the design and implementation of innovative user interfaces and experiences, supports the introduction of user-oriented frontends and regularly extends the UI design for digital financial services based on new technologies and trends.
