ongoing implementation The position on human rights has been adjusted in the Commerzbank policy framework for dealing with environmental and social risks in its core business. The adjustment is about the even greater emphasis on the appreciation of all Commerzbank employees ("Charter of Diversity") and on equal treatment. The framework also lists the Bank's positions and policies and provides detailed information on the general exclusion criteria.

The framework lists the bank's current positions and policies and provides detailed information on the general exclusionary criteria. Moreover, the bank has published and added its new position on tobacco to its framework as well as to external websites.

The framework lists the Bank's current positions and policies and provides detailed information on the general exclusionary criteria.
