Expansion of internal training and awareness-raising measures on reputational risk management

ongoing implementation In 2019, the department of Reputational Risk Management sensitized domestic and foreign units to reputational risk issues via presentations, panel discussions and videoconferencing. These events are designed to raise awareness among sales representatives. In addition, a quarterly internal newsletter highlights a key topic and explains why it should be considered controversial.

ongoing implementation Also in 2018, the department of Reputational Risk Management sensitised domestic and foreign units to reputational risk issues via presentations, panel discussions and videoconferencing. Furthermore, the department's internal publications (e.g. newsletter) inform about companies, projects and general issues that are increasingly focused on by society, NGOs and the media.

ongoing implementation In 2017, the Reputational Risk Management department sensitised domestic and foreign entities through videoconferencing and Reputational Risk workshops.
