Constructive dialogue with experts

In 2022, we established an external Sustainability Advisory Board under the patronage of the CEO. In this way, we want to ensure a constructive and critical dialogue with our stakeholders. The advisory board is composed of six experts from the fields of politics, science, society, NGOs, trade unions and small and medium-sized enterprises. They represent a broad range of expertise. This covers topics such as the circular economy and biodiversity, which are gaining in importance for us. The Sustainability Advisory Board provides impulses for the further development and implementation of our sustainability strategy.

By introducing the advisory board we have expanded our governance structure.

Our Members

Politics, science, society and small and medium-sized enterprises – for each area we have at least one expert on the advisory board. This provides a comprehensive view of environmental, social and governance aspects.

Today, companies can only be future-proof if they understand themselves as part of an ecosystem and offer relevant added value to all their stakeholders. Growth is only possible if the entire ecosystem grows concurrently, not against the interests of the ecosystem.
