Employee diversity is an important factor for the future success and development of Commerzbank. Our management of diverse activities therefore promote an open, fair and respectful working environment and support each individual employee in achieving harmony between their work and their personal life. To ensure we maintain a forward momentum, external experts regularly review the progress of our activities, for example in the context of the Work and Family Audit.

In 2015, Commerzbank received its seventh TOTAL E-QUALITY award for equal opportunities in the workplace in recognition of its HR policy. Commerzbank has signed Germany's Diversity Charter which is listed on the 'Genderdax' and, in 2010, received the Max Spohr award.
