Commerzbank encourages its staff to engage in sporting activities through its largest employee network. The 160 company sports groups across Germany have over 16,000 members. Staff members can participate in more than 50 types of sport, from aerobics to zumba. Approximately one thousand volunteers organise training and events every day.
Germany-wide bowling and football tournaments take place every year. The Bank organises the biennial ComGames, a weekend of sport with 800 athletes competing in eight events. It is also a chance for our ambitious employees to demonstrate team spirit and compete on a national level.
