70 company bikes at eight locations in Frankfurt are freely available for Commerzbank employees. They can be used for business rides to other Commerzbank locations or for customer meetings. The company bikes are – besides the bike leasing model – another component of our innovative bike-service by which we set down a marker for environmental protection and mobility.
Company bikes make it possible for Commerzbank employees to move fast and healthy through the city of Frankfurt, since riding a bike is often the fastest city-transport, given construction sites and chronic lack of parking spaces. Additionally, the use of bikes is climate neutral and supports Commerzbank’s environmental goals.
Cooperation partner is Deutsche Bahn’s subsidiary DB Rent GmbH. The company bikes are based on the “Call a bike”-system of Deutsche Bahn and were customized in Commerzbank-design.
